Return and Refund Policy

 

Borealis Boutique accepts returns for a period of 10 days.

Due to the situation of (Covid-19) for everyone's health care. We only accept returns for factory defects. Non-silver discolored or loose parts.

 

  • The piece must be in perfect condition in its original packaging as it was sent. They cannot have been used, nor observe any type of use, it must feel intact, without odors, scratches, scrapes or evidence of any chemical alteration.

  • There is no refund, you will be given a store credit to be used within 30 days of being granted.

  • If you purchase an item and it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours so we can assist you. Provide photographs of damaged items for evaluation.

  • Once the claim is approved, within 5 days you must send the merchandise to Borealis.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses provided by the customer.

  • In the case of earrings, no returns will be made for hygiene reasons.

  • The company reserves the right to launch special offers in which the merchandise with clearance or discounts  does not have a refund.

  • The client is responsible for the chosen ring size.
